Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and the purchase price fully refunded if cancellation request is received within 3 business days. After this period of time most clocks would have been shipped. After 3 days, you must follow our return policy because the product is already enroute to your pre-selected destination.
Product Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return your purchase for a refund, you must notify us in writing of your intent to return. Returns must be received by us no later than 10 business days after your receipt of the product. Original packaging and all paperwork must be intact. Product must be shipped back to us fully insured. You, the customer, are 100% responsible for all shipping charges for any product returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will promptly refund your purchase price in full.
